Description🔗
The pressureInletOutletParSlipVelocity
is a velocity inlet/outlet boundary
condition that applies a zero-gradient condition for outflow (as defined by
the flux); and obtains velocity from the flux with specified inlet direction.
The slip
condition is applied tangential to the patch.
